I found that a small blanket at the bottom of my bed, with a pillow provide gentle pressure and warmth, and the result was a good nights sleep night after night.

Troubleshooting Temperature Imbalances

If Sweating Begins
Check if the home made body warmers have moved. Reposition them to cover the critical areas on your body. Touch your skin to find cool areas and warm them with your hands, for quick results.
If Areas Get Too Cold
Add thin covering layer (not thick wool which can overheat). Ensure the coverings are secure an position so that you can get to sleep again quickly.
If Upper Body Feels Hot
If critical areas are warm but your body is heating up, often another covering will be needed else where on your bed to balance the temperature. You will learn how to do this.
Act Quickly
The key is maintaining balanced temperature in your body. When you feel sweating begin, immediately check for cool areas and address the area quickly to prevent uncontrollable sweating. In my book I show you what I do every day.
